The Story It can really get aggravating when your upstairs neighbours make so much noise. Sound coming from above your head is especially noticeable and we have a natural tendency to react to it or notice it more keenly. Most of the noise that comes through the floor is impact noise and sometimes it's also from creaky floorboards or weight shifting from the floor above.
